Therapeutic groups offer a powerful way to explore your mental health in a safe, guided environment—while connecting with others who understand. Whether you're navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, or simply seeking personal growth, our group therapy sessions provide meaningful support at a lower cost than individual therapy.

Group Themes & Topics

We offer a variety of therapeutic groups throughout the year, including:

  • CBT Skills Groups – Learn cognitive strategies to manage anxiety, depression, and negative thought patterns.

  • DBT Skills Groups – Build emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness.

  • Relationship Support Groups – Explore attachment, boundaries, and communication in a safe, supportive space.

  • Mindfulness & Self-Compassion – Cultivate presence, self-kindness, and inner calm.

  • Trauma-Informed Healing Circles – Gently process trauma in a group setting with safety and care.

Format & Accessibility

  • 90-minute sessions

  • $60-$80 per session

  • Offered online and in-person (across Ontario)

  • Small group sizes to ensure safety and connection

  • Nominal supply fee may apply for in-person groups
