I believe that you are the expert in your own life. My role is to walk alongside you—helping you explore your story, uncover patterns, and reconnect with your inner strength. Whether you're looking for short-term support or a longer therapeutic relationship, I’ll meet you exactly where you are.

I work with individuals (ages 12 to 100+) and couples navigating a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and life transitions. My approach is collaborative, nonjudgmental, and deeply personalized.

As a trauma-informed therapist, I draw from evidence-based modalities such as DBR (Deep Brain Reorienting) Therapy, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitizing and Reprocessing) Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) to support healing and growth. I offer both individual therapy and couples therapy, in-person in Paris, Ontario, and virtually throughout Ontario and Quebec.

With over 20 years of experience in the mental health field, I bring not only clinical expertise but also lived experience—as a partner, parent, sibling, and daughter. These roles have shaped my deep empathy and commitment to creating a safe, authentic space for every client.
