Internal Family System (IFS) Therapy
IFS therapy is a compassionate, non‑pathologizing approach which helps clients understand and heal the different “parts” of themselves—such as protective parts, wounded parts, and resilient core strengths. Developed by Dr. Richard Schwartz, IFS is grounded in the belief that every person has an inner Self capable of healing, clarity, and calm.

IFS therapy is particularly helpful for trauma, emotional overwhelm, self‑criticism, and patterns that feel hard to change. Clients learn to build inner trust, reduce internal conflict, and reconnect with their strengths.
Who IFS Helps:
Adults and youth experiencing trauma, anxiety, shame, people‑pleasing, or difficulty understanding emotional patterns.
Length of Treatment:
Flexible and client‑paced. IFS can be used as a primary modality or integrated with EMDR, DBR, or mindfulness‑based approaches.
